Carol takes double bookings where a soul reading and healing are combined. Information from the soul reading will be forwarded to you, along with any additional information Carol may perceive from her guides at the point of her writing.

Nick Cumber ~ Life Coach

Nick is co-founder of the Natural Harmony Centre and has held senior management roles in the IT Service and Telecom's industries. Now focused on personal development, he utilises NLP and CBT techniques in effective life coaching to alleviate issues such as lack of motivation, depression, anxiety and low self worth.

Nick also provides ongoing business support and advice for therapists. Lois Bosworth ~ Kennel Clips

Kennel Clips has offered Professional dog grooming services and other canine "Well Being" products and services since its establishment in 1992.

Diane Haynes ~ Indian Head Massage

Diane works as a District Nurse HCA at Llanfair surgery, and has recently qualified in both "anatomy and physiology" and "indian head massage". She is passionate about the benefits holistic therapies and is a keen walker, swimmer and gardener!

Indian head massage is recognised to deliver many benefits to HAIR, SKIN, EYES, NOSE, and JAW alleviating problems by reducing stress and tension in all these areas.

It also provides psychological benefits, improved concentration and raised energy levels allowing the body to switch off and recharge. In addition there are more SUBTLE / SPIRITUAL BENEFITS - Indian head works on our subtle energy centres otherwise known as chakras . These centres are unblocked, balanced and aligned at the end of a treatment allowing balance and harmony to be restored to body, mind and spirit.

Alan Jefferies ~ Tai Chi

Alan run regular courses and practice sessions in and around Powys and is always available for support and guidance about Tai Chi.

Alan has studied Tai Chi and Chi Gung for 25 years, and will be giving demonstrations on the day.

Tai Chi is an age old Chinese practice, there have been numerous studies that confirm that the slow rhythmical movements of Tai Chi can actively reduce stress and promote a feeling of well being, as well as enhance concentration and co-ordination. Lorna Start ~ Purple Saphire

Lorna is a member of the British Society of Dowsers and use a crystal pendulum to dowse in treatment sessions. Sessions may include a combination of meditation, colour breathing, crystals, colour scarves and use of a light box.

Chris Thorn ~ Reiki & Didgeridoo Healer
